Terms of Service — Call The Shots: Movie Sim

Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Call The Shots: Movie Sim mobile application (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App. The developer may modify these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
License
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on a compatible device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
User Accounts
The App does not require creation of an account for core functionality. If account, sign-in, or cloud-sync features are introduced in the future, additional terms and notices will be provided.
Purchases and Payments
If the App offers in‑app purchases, purchases are processed through the platform store (e.g., App Store or Google Play) and are subject to the store’s payment processing, refund policies, and terms. Refunds are handled by the platform according to its policies.
User Content
You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or store via the App (for example, custom avatars, profiles, or saved game data). You must not create or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes others’ rights. By providing content to the developer for troubleshooting or support, you grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use that content solely for support and debugging purposes.
Intellectual Property
All App code, artwork, audio, names, logos, and trademarks are owned by the developer or licensed third parties. You retain ownership of your user-generated content, subject to the license described above.
Third-Party Services and Libraries
The App may include or rely on third-party libraries and platform features for routing, local storage, audio, UI, in‑app review prompts, and similar functionality. Use of those features is subject to the third parties’ terms and privacy policies. The current release does not include third-party analytics or advertising services that transmit personal data off the device.
Privacy and Data
Game progress, settings, and user-created content are stored locally on your device. The App does not collect personal information centrally or transmit usage analytics or crash reports to developer servers in the current release. If cloud sync, analytics, or server-based features are added later, the developer will update the privacy policy and disclose the data practices.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the App to harass, defraud, threaten, or otherwise violate laws or third-party rights. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the App’s source code except where permitted by applicable law.
Updates and Compatibility
Platform stores may deliver updates to the App. Updates may modify, add, or remove features and may require newer operating system versions. Continued compatibility with all devices and OS versions is not guaranteed.
Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. The developer may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms or if the App is discontinued.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or use arising from your use of the App. The developer’s aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price paid for the App (if any), or one USD ($1) when no purchase was made.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the developer harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or any breach of these Terms.
Children
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe the developer has collected such information, contact the developer to request deletion.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the developer’s jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms as needed. The effective date at the top will reflect the last update. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or platform policy.
